Practice meetings for RCM companies.

I find practices and groups showing billing strain, contact the decision maker, and book the ones open to a conversation.

The signals I use

  • Job postings for billing manager, coder, or AR follow-up roles. An in-house team under strain.
  • A practice or group announcing a billing system or EHR switch. A disruption window.
  • Turnover in billing roles visible on LinkedIn.

Each practice comes with the evidence of why it is in market now.

The list

Built from your specialties, practice size, and geography. Existing clients and active prospects removed before the first send.

The price

$900 a month for the tech: domains, inboxes, data, software. $300 per qualified meeting held. No success fee.

Ten held meetings in a month cost $3,900. Zero held meetings cost $900.

Booked is not held.

A meeting is billable only when all three are true.

  1. 1

    Fit.

The prospect matches the buyer criteria you approved.

  2. 2

    Interest.

The prospect agreed to discuss your offer.

  3. 3

    Attendance.

The prospect attended the call for at least 15 minutes.

No show, no fee.

If the prospect cancels, the fee waits. It applies only when the rescheduled call happens.

Book a 30-minute call.

Bring your offer and your numbers. I bring the buyer signals and the outbound plan for your market. If this will not work for your market, I say so on the call.
