Does $300 per meeting pay off for you?
One held meeting is worth about $5,000 to you. You break even on the $300 fee if 1 in 83 meetings closes.
Your numbers. Not a quote.
Why $300
The fee is set so you keep most of the value a meeting creates. If one new customer is worth $10,000 in the first year and you close 20% of qualified meetings, one held meeting is worth $2,000 to you. $300 is 15% of that. Under $10,000 per customer, the math stops working for you, and I will say so.
What others charge
Pay-per-meeting vendors in the US commonly quote $300 to $900 per qualified meeting, with higher rates for VP and C-level targets. Retainer agencies bill monthly whether meetings happen or not. Sources: SalesHive, Belkins.
SalesHive states $300 to $600 for a qualified, held meeting. Belkins states $600 to $900 per qualified meeting.
