Pay per meeting appointment setting. No retainer.

You pay a monthly fee for the tech and a fee per qualified meeting held. Not per lead, not per booking, not per hour.

A qualified meeting held is a call where the prospect matches the approved criteria, agreed to discuss the offer, and attended for at least 15 minutes.

What you pay for

A meeting is billable only when all three are true.

  1. 1

    Fit.

The prospect matches the buyer criteria you approved.

  2. 2

    Interest.

The prospect agreed to discuss your offer.

  3. 3

    Attendance.

The prospect attended the call for at least 15 minutes.

No show, no fee.

If the prospect cancels, the fee waits. It applies only when the rescheduled call happens.

What you do not pay for

  • Booked meetings that do not happen.
  • No-shows.
  • Replies, opens, clicks.
  • Prospects outside the criteria you approved.
  • Existing customers or anyone already in your pipeline.

The price

$900 a month for the tech: domains, inboxes, data, software. $300 per qualified meeting held. No success fee.

Ten held meetings in a month cost $3,900. Zero held meetings cost $900.

Why pay per meeting held

A retainer pays for activity. A per-booking fee pays for a calendar entry. A per-held-meeting fee pays for a conversation that happened, with a prospect you approved. The risk of empty activity stays with me.
